The 900×2000 8 levers airtight protective steel door is designed for installation in shelters, civil protection structures, bunkers, and other specialized facilities where reliable protection and airtight sealing of the doorway are required. The door structure is engineered for long-term operation under increased loads. It can also be used as an emergency exit for technical rooms, providing protection against blast waves and fire. The door withstands a blast wave pressure of 1 kgf/cm². The calculated shock wave load for the door is 100 kPa.
The overall door thickness is 71 mm, with the protective layer filled with a fire-resistant insulating material. The locking system consists of eight clamping levers (four on the external side and four on the internal side of the door), ensuring the required compression force for airtight sealing of the doorway. Additionally, an intumescent fire sealing strip is installed around the door perimeter, providing enhanced sealing in the event of a fire. The clear opening size of the door is 900×2000 mm.
