Payment and delivery

Payment Methods:

• Cash on delivery – cash payment in UAH only upon receipt of the order at the pickup point (Kyiv, Hlybochytska St., 40-X) or upon delivery by our courier service.
• Payment by card of any national bank of Ukraine – at the pickup point (Kyiv, Hlybochytska St., 40-X), working hours 09:00–17:00.
• Online payment (LiqPay) – online payment on the website with a Visa/MasterCard issued by any Ukrainian bank.
• Bank transfer – payment by bank transfer is carried out as follows: after placing the order and receiving all the necessary details of the legal entity from the customer, our manager will send you an invoice by e-mail or via Viber/Telegram/WhatsApp, which you can pay at any bank branch or from your company’s account. For legal entities, the full package of accounting documents is provided together with the goods.When choosing bank transfer, delivery and receipt of the order are possible only after the funds are credited to our account.
• Installment payment (PrivatBank) – payment by PrivatBank card using the “Installment payment” service if a credit limit is available.
• Cash on delivery (COD) – paid upon receipt of the order at a “Nova Poshta” branch. The cost of money transfer is charged according to the carrier’s terms and conditions.

Delivery Methods:

Special offer! Free delivery of safes within Kyiv and across Ukraine (except for temporarily occupied territories) to the branch of the national carrier – Nova Poshta!

Delivery by our logistics service within Kyiv.

Delivery is carried out to the address specified by the recipient in Kyiv. Transportation is possible only on working days from Tuesday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00.

Free delivery within Kyiv includes, if necessary, free carrying into the apartment/office, provided there is a working elevator and no stairs at the entrance or along the delivery route.

If there is no working elevator or there are stairs, carrying to the specified floor is calculated and paid separately, depending on the conditions specified by the customer.

Safes weighing up to 10 kg (inclusive) are shipped only to Nova Poshta branches.

Delivery in the Kyiv region and beyond.

Delivery by our logistics service outside Kyiv is calculated individually and paid by the customer.

Pickup.

Pickup from our showroom in Kyiv. The goods can be collected personally from the showroom after informing our manager about the time of your visit.

Showroom address: Kyiv, Hlybochytska St., 40-X.

Working hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00. The showroom has a range of popular products available for immediate purchase.

Delivery across Ukraine.

The goods can be shipped to any settlement in Ukraine (except for temporarily occupied territories) to a Nova Poshta branch according to the weight and dimensions of the product. Delivery to the carrier’s branch is free of charge, courier delivery to the address – according to the carrier’s tariffs and conditions.

Upon receiving the goods from the carrier (either at the branch or by courier), the customer must immediately check the order, its completeness, and integrity.

If any damage or missing items are detected, the customer must draw up an Act in the presence of the carrier’s representative and notify the sender.

Return of goods that for some reason did not suit the customer is carried out at the customer’s expense.

The goods must be in working condition, in proper appearance, with the full set of keys, and not locked with the factory electronic/mechanical code (according to the user manual).

Refunds for already purchased goods are made after their actual receipt and inspection, with the necessary return documents (application/act, etc.) completed.
