The FRSL.90.K.E CREAM fire-resistant safe is designed for use in facilities with increased fire safety requirements, where it is critical to preserve material and information assets even in emergency situations. The basis of the design is a massive protective layer 53 mm thick, combined with a double-walled body and a double threshold, which significantly reduces heat transfer. The space between the walls is filled with a special fire-resistant heat-insulating compound. This engineering design allows the safe to withstand high temperatures for up to 30 minutes, as confirmed by LFS 30P certification according to DSTU EN 15659.
Access control is implemented using a GRIFFON Q2E electronic combination lock, designed for intensive daily use. The touch panel with display ensures quick and comfortable code entry, supports two separate user codes and has a character masking function on the screen to protect against visual reading. A well-designed power supply system allows you to easily replace the batteries without dismantling the lock or safe.
An important advantage of the model is an emergency key lock, which allows you to open the safe mechanically in case of code loss, battery discharge or other force majeure situations. This solution is especially valuable for institutions with continuous access to the contents of the safe.
The mechanical strength of the safe is reinforced by a bolt system consisting of five rotating chrome bolts with a diameter of 25 mm, which evenly secure the door to the body. Anti-cut devices are installed on the hinge side, making it impossible to remove the door even if it is deliberately damaged. For additional sealing and protection against combustion products, two rows of thermal tape are provided around the perimeter of the body, which expands when heated and blocks the access of smoke and flames inside.
The interior of the safe is designed with the practical needs of the user in mind: a removable shelf allows you to adapt the volume to different storage formats, and a built-in tray is convenient for separate storage of cash, seals or documents of increased importance. The external powder coating not only gives the safe a neat appearance, but also provides protection against corrosion, scratches and moisture, which is especially important for commercial premises.
To prevent theft or movement, the safe is equipped with anchor bolts for fixing to the floor, which makes it a stationary element of the interior and increases the overall level of security.
