The F120CL I.150.K GUN Black safe is designed for professional storage of firearms, ammunition and accompanying documentation in conditions of increased security requirements. The model combines certified class I burglary protection and the maximum level of fire resistance, providing comprehensive protection for both the weapon itself and the documents on it. Equipped with a reliable key safe lock, which guarantees simple and stable access without dependence on electronics.
Fire resistance S 120 P — 120 minutes of real protection.
The F120CL I.150.K GUN Black safe is certified in class S 120 P in accordance with DSTU EN 1047-1:2014. This means that during a fire at a temperature of about 1000°C it ensures the preservation of paper media for 120 minutes (2 hours). The temperature inside does not exceed 170°C.
For weapons, this is of fundamental importance: metal elements (barrel, bolt group, mechanisms) do not undergo critical thermal deformation, their geometry and performance are not disturbed. Wooden or polymer parts of the stock do not char and do not lose strength, and optical devices and accessories have a much higher chance of maintaining functionality. Documents, permits and licenses remain intact even in the event of a long fire.
During certification tests, the safe undergoes not only thermal impact, but also a drop test from a height of 9.15 m, which simulates the destruction of building structures.
A special fire-resistant filler for the body and doors, as well as two contours of thermoactive tape around the perimeter of the doorway, which expand when heated, ensure tightness and block the penetration of flame and combustion products inside.
The F120CL I series safes are certified in Germany by the ECB-S body for class I burglary resistance in accordance with EN 1143-1. The design provides for a protective layer of the case made of fortified concrete with a thickness of 72 mm, which significantly complicates the use of force and tool methods of burglary. The four-sided bolt locking system consists of 10 active chrome-plated bolts with a diameter of 25 mm, which evenly fix the door around the entire perimeter.
Locking is carried out using a WITTKOPP (Germany) key safe lock with a VDS 1 certificate, which is characterized by high mechanical reliability, stable operation and does not require power supply.
Inside the safe, you can safely place weapons (up to 5 units with a length of up to approximately 1350 mm). The safe is equipped with a special compartment for storing cartridges. Also, the model has removable shelves, movable magnetic lodgements that can be installed at any convenient height, and an organizer on the door.
