VDE I doors are certified in Germany by the European Certification Body ECB-S for burglar resistance class I according to EN 1143-1. Doors for Class I VDE.I.K.K vaults with dual locks are a reliable solution for protecting valuables in locations where security is a priority. Their design ensures a high level of resistance to break-ins due to a reinforced steel base with a 19 mm thick protective layer. The doors withstand mechanical and thermal impacts, such as cutting or drilling, thanks to their multi-layered structure.
A key feature of these doors is the dual locking system, which includes two Wittkopp key locks (Germany) with Class A certification. This combination significantly complicates unauthorized access, as both keys must be used simultaneously to open the door. The locks are protected against tampering, and a three-sided locking system with 8 active chrome-plated bolts ensures secure fastening of the door panel to the frame. Additional internal locking enhances protection against break-in attempts.
The doors feature a paint coating that protects against corrosion and maintains an aesthetic appearance even under intensive use. Reinforced hinges withstand significant loads.
These doors are suitable for use in bank vaults, jewelry stores, archives, laboratories, private safe rooms, or weapon storage facilities.
The clear passage size of the doors is 835 x 1853 mm.
